Aerotechnic Xiamen is seeking a Sales Representative fluent in English for daily transactions. If you possess strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the drive to continually learn and grow, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales and international trade roles. Aviation industry sales experience will be an advantage. Aerotechnic Xiamen is mainly engaged in the import of aviation materials, and its customers are domestic airlines, MROs and aviation materials distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the aviation sector.
? Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
? Present and promote Aerotechnic China’s products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our aircraft parts.
? Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring compliance to contracting processes and adherence to company policies, aviation regulation and any applicable legislation.
? Coordinate order management and supply chain logistics to ensure product delivery to the customer
? Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
? Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
? Collaborate with customers and be available for any local or international product exhibitions
? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
? Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
? Engage with international suppliers and process orders using our inhouse supplier product management system
? Execute on any other sales and marketing tasks as directed by your manager
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Strong sense of responsibility in a high growth environment
? Demonstrate confidence and a cheerful and caring disposition towards others
? Fluency English to enable international trade transactions, whilst using an ERP system
? Bachelor’s degree with a Foreign Trade Major is preferred. A strong CV may relax this requirement.
? 1-3 years of experience as sales role, focus on aviation industry or international trade is preferred.
? Age and gender unlimited provided you demonstrate the skills and experience
? Understanding of aircraft parts and the aviation market is advantageous
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proven ability to sell, negotiate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use an ERP system.
What We Offer:
? Probation Treatment: base salary 7500 + meal supplement 500 or so （according to the number of meals in the month） + social insurance （5）, probation period of 3 months, outstanding performance can be transferred in advance.
? After probation: base salary to be discussed + meal allowance of about 500 + monthly performance bonus + year-end bonus.
